Hi, I’m Phallyn, and if you’ve ever balanced a demanding career, a chaotic home life, and an ever-growing to-do list while forgetting where you left your sanity, you’re in good company. After over a decade in the corporate world, I’ve seen firsthand the impossible expectations women face—be a top performer at work, a loving mom at home, and somehow keep your mascara smudge-free. Spoiler alert: I failed spectacularly at that last one.

My story is one of big wins, big losses, and even bigger lessons. I’ve been the ambitious go-getter climbing the corporate ladder, the burnt-out mom Googling “How to reduce anxiety,” and the woman who finally realized there is a better way.
My Corporate Climb: Highlights...and Lowlights
Let’s start with the highlight reel. I graduated with degrees in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry, snagged multiple job offers right out of college, and quickly rose to manage a team of 30+ people in under 10 years. Sounds impressive, right? Now let’s rewind and fill in the parts I’d rather forget.

There were panic attacks triggered by my ever-buzzing CrackBerry, sleepless nights fueled by stress, and a near-constant battle with imposter syndrome. Add in becoming a mom and the pressure dialed up to 11. When I miscarried on Mother’s Day, I hit a breaking point. For years, I carried guilt and grief silently, until I began the hard work of healing—mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Finding Balance...One Yoga Mat at a Time
After years of chasing the next accolade (and nearly losing myself in the process), I decided to rewrite the narrative. I dusted off my yoga mat, reconnected with meditation, and started experimenting with techniques like EFT tapping to manage my anxiety. It wasn’t a magical overnight transformation—it was a gradual, messy, and deeply personal journey.

When I became pregnant again, I knew I had to do things differently. I stepped back from the corporate fast lane and started to redefine success—not by what others expected of me, but by what felt right for me.
When Hurricanes Hit (Literally)
Just as life was stabilizing, 2020 hit us all like a wrecking ball. For me, living in southern Louisiana meant navigating not only a global pandemic but also back-to-back hurricanes, Laura and Delta, that left our home barely standing. Between battling contractors, insurance adjusters, and supply chain shortages, my anxiety skyrocketed. I tried medication, but I didn’t want to live in a haze—I wanted to feel alive.

That’s when fate stepped in, sending coaches, healers, and teachers who helped me peel back the layers of stress and rediscover my purpose. With their guidance (and a lot of tears), I started to heal and reconnect with the version of myself that had been buried under years of “shoulds” and “musts.”
From Chaos to Clarity
Armed with certifications in Feng Shui and Hypnotherapy, I launched a mission close to my heart: empowering women in the workplace to thrive without sacrificing their well-being. Because let’s be honest, we can’t pour from an empty cup—or an empty coffee mug, for that matter.
Why I Do This
I know what it’s like to be stretched so thin you forget who you are. I know what it’s like to juggle career ambitions, motherhood, and self-care while feeling like you’re failing at all three. But I also know there’s a way forward—one where you don’t have to choose between success and sanity.
My goal is to help women redefine what success looks like, prioritize their mental and emotional health, and live with intention, not exhaustion.
Let’s Do This Together
If my journey resonates with you, let’s explore how to create the life you’ve always dreamed of—one where you’re not just surviving but thriving. Life is too short to live on autopilot.
